Trailer stolen from Richland County recovered with the help of South Congaree police officers

South Congaree, SC (Paul Kirby) - South Congaree police officers recently worked with the owner of a trailer that was reported stolen out of Richland County to help get it back to its rightful owner. Two people have been taken into custody as a result of this incident.

According to Chief Josh Shumpert of the South Congaree Police Department, Michael Owens tried to sell the stolen trailer. He was caught in mid-transaction and was arrested. His friend,Mary Finn, was also arrested during the incident and charged with trafficking meth.
