Lexington, SC - M. B. Kahn Construction Co., Inc. has been selected to serve as the general contractor for the new Hampton Inn & Suites project in Lexington, South Carolina. The four-story hotel will be the first in Lexington to include Hampton Inn by Hilton’s modernized guestroom design and cutting edge technology that allows travelers to control room functions via their mobile devices.

M. B. Kahn will complete the hotel, located at 4751 Sunset Boulevard, in spring 2020. This is across Sunset from the Lexington Goodwill and Frank’s Carwash. The finished facility will offer 114 guestrooms, an open lobby with a breakfast area and abundant natural light, and a swimming pool. Guestrooms will feature warm color palettes, signature bedding, and space-saving alterations like mounted TVs, fully-functional storage units, and desk areas—improvements suggested by extensive guest and stakeholder surveys. Guest bathrooms will feature efficient lighting, décor, and fixtures. Every guest will enjoy Hampton Inn & Suites signature free, hot breakfast with healthy options, On the Run™ breakfast bags, Hilton’s Digital Key, and free Wi-Fi in every room.
