Sandy Run, SC (Paul Kirby) – Early Wednesday morning, Lexington County Sheriff’s deputies, along with county EMS personnel and firefighters, were dispatched to a home in the 1200 block of Basil Road in the Sandy Run area in response to a shooting incident.
Two men who live at the home were found with gunshot wounds. Both were transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
According to Captain Adam Myrick, spokesman for the Sheriff’s Department, detectives believe this is an isolated incident. There is no search underway for suspects or persons of interest.
