Two Airport High School athletes declare their intent to play collegiate ball

West Columbia, SC - Two Airport High School athletes declared their intent Wednesday to play at the college level.

Baseball players Cam Beckham and Parker Whittle participated in a signing ceremony for their National Letters of Intent.

Beckham, a third baseman, signed a letter with Francis Marion University, while Whittle, a pitcher, will play with Winthrop University.

Coaches, family, friends and Airport High teammates attended the ceremony at the Lexington Two school.
