Pleasant Hill Middle student accused of threatening students

LEXINGTON, S.C. – An 11-year-old Pleasant Hill Middle School student is charged with making student threats after telling students who attend his school he would stab them.

The student, whose name will not be released because he's under age 18, threatened to stab two students while on a field trip Nov. 22, according deputies. No knife was found when school administrators searched the student’s person and belongings, according to an incident report.

The student was released to the custody of his parents after being charged. He will appear in Lexington County Family Court at a later date.
