Riverbank, Springdale Elementary Schools advance to Academic Math Bowl

West Columbia, SC -- And then there were two.
After a competition this week among fourth-grade math teams representing six Lexington Two elementary schools, two teams -- Riverbank and Springdale -- emerged as finalists to compete in the annual Academic Math Bowl in February.
Riverbank team members include students Eric Floyd, Kasey Quinn, Preston Lord, Evan Church, Addison Adkins and Caleigh Holman. The team is coached by Brooke Jones and Brandon Brantly.
Springdale team members include Jaxon Bradley, Saul Comisario Marcial, Caleb Jenkins, Cris Juarez Gallardo, Matthew Perry and Lore Stabler. The team is coached by Beth Bishop, DeAnne Broome, Lea Howell and Susan Jenkinson.
The Academic Math Bowl is scheduled for February 5.
