Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) - Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has released the name of the young man that was shot and died Friday night at a Christmas gathering that was being held at a Lexington business. According to Coroner Fisher, Wesley J. Warren-Camp, 26, of Lexington was pronounced dead at the scene due to a gunshot wound to the upper body.
According to law enforcement representatives, one other person was transported from the scene to a local hospital where he was admitted with injuries. They have not said this individual was the suspected shooter however, they did say only two people were involved in the altercation.
