Cayce Public Safety hoping to find petty thief

Cayce, SC (Paul Kirby) – The Cayce Department of Public Safety is hoping someone will recognize a petty thief that stole from hardworking people. He took a tip jar from a business. That money was intended for the people who work there and go above and beyond to provide great service to their customers.

Please look at the attached video closely. The man has a hoodie on and is thin. He looks to have jeans on and athletic shoes. If you recognize him, they want you to call them.
