Former Lexington County Councilmember Ned Tolar passes

West Columbia, SC (Paul Kirby) – Former Lexington County Councilman and member of the Lexington County Republican Party Ned Tolar has passed away. While in office, Tolar represented the people who lived in Council District 8, encompassing West Columbia, parts of Lexington and Oak Grove.
Ned is survived by his wife Vicki and a loving family. The Lexington County Republican Party has asked that everyone keep the entire Tolar family in your prayers as they go through the heart wrenching task of making the final arrangements. We will publish those once they’ve been released.
