Public identifies suspected shoplifter; LPD issues warrants

Lexington, SC (Diana Nation) - In mid January, the Lexington Police Department requested the public's help in identifying a woman suspected of shoplifting. She was suspected of taking several items from the Target on Sunset Boulevard in the Town of Lexington on Christmas Eve, 2019. Thanks to the diligence of the public, Brandy Griswold has been identified as the suspect.

Although Griswold has not yet been located, the Lexington Police Department has issued a warrant for Griswold for Shoplifting with a Property Crime Enhancement, meaning that this is a felony due to her having several previous convictions.
