Generations of Chapin restricting visitors for next seven days

Chapin, SC - The current COVID-19 outbreak situation and the flu is particularly dangerous to the residents at Generations of Chapin. The elderly are one of the most vulnerable sectors of the population that may have life threatening outcomes if contracting the COVID-19 or the flu viruses. Protecting all of the residents is the top priority of Generations.

For this reason, Generations of Chapin has made the decision to restrict visitors to their facility for the next 7 days. Individuals that are allowed to enter the facility are employees, Home Health/Hospice nurses, and immediate family members. After the next 7 days, staff will re-evaluate as more information becomes available.

Please remember that if you have any symptoms of the COVID-19 or the flu viruses, please do not enter the facility. If you are wanting to know how your loved one is doing, you may call the facility at 803-345-1911.
