Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) - All South Carolina dining rooms and bars at eateries have been ordered closed by Governor Henry McMaster. You can still buy from many restaurants by using their drive-thru, a delivery service, or by using curbside pickup after ordering takeout.

Restaurants around Lexington County are making their own decisions as to how they will operate. A group of eatery owners met yesterday at the Greater Lexington Chamber of Commerce and Visitors’ Center to discuss how best to handle this issue. Many Lexington County restaurants are staying open and using one of the options to serve their food.

At this point, we are trying to compile a list of restaurants and their open or closed status. When we have made that list, we will publish it in The Lexington Ledger.
