Springdale, SC - During the COVID-19(Coronavirus) Pandemic and in the interest of the health and safety of the public and our employees, the Town of Springdale will be moving to modified operations effective March 18, 2020 at noon until further notice. The Town of Springdale will be taking the following precautionary measures while providing the highest quality of services possible.
Town Hall employees will still be available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. All employees may be reached at 803-794-0408.
POLICE EMERGENCIES CALL 9-1-1 Non-Emergencies please call 803-796-3160
Police Department and their Administrative Offices – Access to the Police Department and their offices will be closed to the general public until further notice.  Officers will continue to respond to all calls for service but are taking additional measures to protect themselves as well as the public. Please be mindful of their potential exposure but do not ever hesitate to call 9-1-1 for emergencies or 803-796-3160 for non-emergencies.
The Police Department will be suspending all fingerprinting services to the public until further notice.
Town Hall – Access to Town Hall will closed to the public until further notice.  Business Licenses and Permits – Will be processed through email, mailed in, or dropped off in the drop-box at the front of Town Hall.

Municipal Court – Payments may be made online at www.springdalesc.com, mailed in, or dropped off in the drop-box at the front of Town Hall.
In accordance with the South Carolina Chief Justice’s directive issued on Monday, March 16, 2020, all Springdale Municipal Court sessions are cancelled until further notice.
Court dates will be posted at www.springdalesc.com, on our social media, and notices will be mailed to the address listed on your citation/warrant. If that address is incorrect please contact the Clerk of Court.

Hospitality Tax - Payments can be mailed to Springdale Town Hall, 2915 Platt Springs Road, Springdale, SC 29170 or dropped off in our drop-box at the front of Town Hall. A receipt will be mailed to you. For questions with Hospitality Taxes, please contact Leeann Eden at 803-794-0408 or leden@springdalesc.com.
Notary Services will be suspended until further notice.
Garbage Bags – Residents wishing to purchase garbage bags may call Town Hall to make arrangements for purchase. We will have an employee deliver within the Town limits. Non-residents may call Town Hall to make arrangements for purchase.
Sanitation/Public Works – All sanitation routes will continue as normal. For assistance with our Sanitation and/or Public Works Department, please contact Kevin White at 803-794-0408 or kwhite@springdalesc.com.
Town Facilities - All Town Parks and facilities will remain closed until further notice.
Town Meetings – will remain as scheduled until further notice. Changes will be posted at www.springdalesc.com.
