Chapin, SC (Paul Kirby) – The Chapin Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a young man wanted for questioning in a string of vehicle break-ins. This all happened in the Firebridge neighborhood.
Please look closely at the picture. Although the suspect tried to use a hoodie to hide his features, you can still get a good idea of what he looks like.
