West Columbia, SC - Lexington School District Two will extend its free distribution of breakfast and lunch meals for the week at four school sites and by bus delivery for any child in need through the summer .
Brown bag breakfast and lunch meals for youth ages 18 and younger will be offered Monday-Thursday, beginning the week of June 8. The current Monday-Friday schedule remains in effect through Friday, June 5.

Lexington Two has distributed more than 130,430 meals since mid-March, following school closures statewide for COVID-19.
There are two pick-up options for summer meals. Students must be present to receive meals or the adult must present the student's school ID as proof of eligibility.
SCHOOL SITES: Drive-thru meal pickup will run 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday at these four schools:
Airport High: 1315 Boston Ave.
Cayce Elementary: 515 Bulldog Blvd.
Riverbank Elementary: 160 Cougar Drive
Pine Ridge Middle: 735 Pine Ridge Drive
BUS DELIVERY: The bus routes and arrival/departure times currently in use will remain the same for the Monday-Thursday summer delivery. Check the schedules posted on the district’s website, lex2.org, for bus arrival/departure times. Buses stay about 10 minutes at each stop.
The district’s website also includes details about how the seven days of meals are distributed over the Monday-Thursday period.

Any adjustments to summer meal distribution will be announced through Lexington Two’s websites, social media and phone system.
