Lexington County 4-H participating in Healthy Movers

Lexington, SC - Lexington County 4-H has partnered with Laurens County 4-H to create a new virtual summer camp opportunity called “4-H Healthy Movers”. 4-H Healthy Movers is an eight-week program focused on healthy living that will start June 29th.

Each week, participants are sent a lesson plan that includes a lesson and activity on healthy living, a cooking skill, a recipe, and a physical activity challenge. There will be two types of registration; one will be free and does not include an activity tracker. The other will be $25 and comes with an activity tracker, but you do not have to have one to complete 4-H Healthy Movers. We can’t wait to get moving and cooking with you this summer!

Please contact Erika Jones at erikaj@clemson.edu for questions and registration information. Clemson University Cooperative Extension Service offers its programs to people of all ages, regardless of race, color, gender, religion, national origin, disability, political beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or family status and is an equal opportunity employer.
