Batesburg-Leesville, SC (Paul Kirby) – The Batesburg-Leesville Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in the burglary of a convenience store. The Batesburg-Leesville PD has had success in the past with your help and they are hoping you can do it again.
The man is wanted in connection to a burglary that occurred at the Kwik Karry in Batesburg recently. It was late at night so you may have noticed someone that looked out of place walking around at an odd hour.
If you look closely, you can see that he concealed his face during the time that he was committing this crime. Perhaps if you focus on his clothes, his arms, or even the burglary tool he was carrying that might jog your memory. You may have heard someone bragging about committing a burglary and thought they were joking or just telling a tall tale. If anything at all stands out about this man, they want to hear about it so they can take this thief off the streets before he strikes again.
