Lexington, SC – Even with our doors temporarily closed, Lexington County Public Library is hard at work providing our community with the materials it needs. Physical materials borrowed are now due no earlier than Monday, July 13. This only applies to hard copy items — books, DVDs, books on CD, etc. — and does not include downloadable resources from Libby/Overdrive, Hoopla or RB Digital.
Already finished with your current page-turner? Not a problem. You don’t have to wait until July 13 to return your items. Book drops are open at all 10 of our locations for your convenience. Staff are hard at work emptying book drops and quarantining returned items for your safety.
