Lexington police officer want you to help them locate this smiling bandit

Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) – Investigators with the Lexington Police Department are asking for your help to locate a man that looks as if he’s posing for a family photo while committing grand larceny. This guy strolled into a jewelry store with a huge smile on his face and took some expensive jewelry before running out. Too bad the video cameras were running the whole time.

Take a good look at this guy closely. On July 2nd, 2020, he walked into Moseley Diamond Showcase located on Sunset Boulevard. While in the store, he is shown some jewelry that he just grabs and dashes out with. Maybe there was someone waiting in a running car outside? We know the jewelry’s value was enough to make this grand larceny!

He had also been seen in the Huntersville, North Carolina area too. That’s why it’s so important to share this one with your friends and family that live up and down the east coast and the southeastern part of the country. The more you share it around, the more there’s a chance this guy might have to face the courts for what he’s done.

If you have any information about the identity of this individual, please contact Detective Payton with the Lexington, South Carolina Police Department at 803-358-7271 or by e-mail at bpayton@lexsc.com.
