Three masked shoplifters target the Lexington Target

Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) – On Friday, July 3, 2020, three people, two men and a woman, entered the Target on Sunset Boulevard in Lexington. They are suspected of shoplifting electronic items and clothing.

The trio followed the local ordinance passed last week regarding wearing a protective face covering in the Town of Lexington. Somehow, they just can’t seem to follow the laws on paying for things before they leave a store! By the time they’d finished with their little spree, the three shoplifters stole over $1,300 worth of electronics and clothing before driving away.

That’s why the Lexington Police Department needs your help to identify them. Because their faces were covered, they may think they can get away with this. A few weeks ago, some of you helped identify another shoplifter by the tattoo on her calf. Let's all look closely and hopefully we can tell police something that will help them find these three.

They were also seen leaving the store in a Toyota sedan. It appears to be a dark color but who knows? The light isn’t very good in this picture.
