Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) - Mission Lexington said Tuesday that they were excited to highlight the following people or organizations as July’s Church, Board and Volunteer of the Month for their contributions to Mission Lexington:
• Emmaus Church is our Church of the month. Emmaus sends a team to Mission Lexington to help us keep our grounds clean. They spend time trimming bushes, picking up debris and numerous other tasks to serve us while we serve the community.
• Brent Johnson is our Board Member of the month. He is the Morning Personality and Program Director for locally-owned 93.1 The Lake in Columbia, SC. He enjoys volunteering and works hands-on in distributing the food from the Food Pantry.
• Caroline Miley is our Volunteer of the month. She’s in the Eighth Grade at Lexington Middle School, and loves to serve alongside her father in the Food Pantry.
