Law firm D’Alberto & Graham opening West Columbia building

West Columbia, SC – D’Alberto & Graham Attorneys & Advisors, concentrating on business law and commercial transactions, will open its new office building in West Columbia on Monday, August 3rd, 2020. This attractive building is located at 508 Meeting St. in West Columbia.

“Our team is looking forward to moving into our new building in rapidly growing West Columbia,” said attorney Dan D’Alberto. “We believe that our building will be the first of many new developments there. With its proximity to downtown and great hospitality establishments, we couldn’t be more excited!”

The 2-story, 5,400-square-foot Class A office building is an infill project located next to First Community Bank on Meeting Street. The building will house the nine members of the law firm and has convenient client parking. Wayne Rogers, Catalyst Architects, designed the building, and Boyer Commercial Construction of Columbia was the builder.

"We are very happy to be part of the vibrant, growing West Columbia community,” added partner Michael Graham. “While this beautiful space may be new, it feels as though we are coming home. We view this move as a new opportunity to bring extraordinary value and wisdom to those we are blessed to serve."

“I am excited to have the attorneys and consultants of D’Alberto & Graham move to West Columbia,” said West Columbia Mayor Tem Miles. “As an attorney, I know the great service they provide their clients in the area of corporate law. They will be a wonderful addition to our booming main street on Meeting Street.”

The building was originally conceived by Joe Taylor, former S.C. Secretary of Commerce turned West Columbia developer, who bought the vacant lot about two years ago. D’Alberto & Graham purchased the building site and the original building plans from Taylor.

The firm’s mailing address will remain, PO Box 433, Columbia, SC 29202, and the phone number will not change from 803-764-3919. The growing firm had been housed in temporary offices on Devine Street in Columbia since February.

Over the past decade, West Columbia has experienced tremendous “good” growth in its business and residential sectors. It is obvious that more and more families and businesses are being attracted to the city west of the Congaree River that offers all the amenities Columbia does but often at more affordable acquisition and ongoing costs.

Many of the properties offered in the city have beautiful views of the scenic river and employees of the area's businesses enjoy the fact that they can integrate the city’s many parks, restaurants, and other service businesses into their available time without ever crossing either bridge leading into Columbia. Traffic is often light, and the city is constantly pursuing ways to improve itself without changing the charming atmosphere that a small to moderate size city offers.
