Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) – Just before noon on Sunday, August 2, 2020, Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher had her office release the names of the two young men that had been shot in Cayce overnight. Fisher said in her release that these men were shot along with another who is being treated for serious injuries at an area hospital.
Fisher said via a press-release that Isiah Bailey, 20, of Columbia was pronounced dead at the scene due to multiple gunshot wounds. Khajari Brown, 19, of Columbia suffered a single gunshot wound to the upper body and was pronounced dead at an area hospital a short time later.
The Cayce Department of Public Safety is investigating.
