Girl Scouts offer free Robot Building and Animal Dance Parties to Lexington County & other scout

Lexington County, SC—Throughout September Girl Scouts is hosting free parties on line! They know there are a lot of girls that want to meet new friends, while social distancing. What better way to do that and participate in a fun experience?

For months Girl Scouts of South Carolina-Mountains to Midlands has been bringing girls across the state, and many from other states, the Girl Scout Leadership Experience virtually. A number of girls from Lexington County have already been taking advantage of those experiences.

Free parties with educational and fun activities are a way for every girl to experience what Girl Scouts across the area have been since March.

Girls, and their parents or caregivers can choose a date that is convenient for them at

The Girl Scout Leadership Experience is a one-of-a-kind leadership development program, with proven results. It is based on time-tested methods and research-backed programming that help girls take the lead in their own lives and in the world.

Research shows that girls learn best in an all-girl, girl-led, and girl-friendly environment. Girl Scouts is a place where she’ll practice different skills, explore her potential, take on leadership positions, and even feel allowed to fail, dust herself off, get up, and try again.

Help her reach her full potential:

  • Engage in healthy activities

  • Find her entrepreneurial spirit and enhance their financial literacy

  • Explore the great outdoors

  • Participate in hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) skill building

  • Connect with girls around the world

  • Take on meaningful community service projects

  • Take the lead------ in her own life and in the world

As Girl Scouts, they know who they are, what they are made of, and where they will go next.

Please reach out if you would like to speak with the troop leaders or girls from Troop 3355 or if you would like more information, quotes, or sound about the free parties.
