Free COVID-19 testing offered in Batesburg-Leesville next week

Batesburg-Leesville, SC (Paul Kirby) – Free testing for COVID-19 will be available next week in the Batesburg-Leesville area thanks to a partnership between Clemson University and MUSC Health. The testing is being offered on Wednesday, September 2nd from 10 until 3:00 p.m. at the Leesville United Methodist Church.

This is available to everyone free of charge. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by their guardian and if you have a picture ID, please bring it. You don’t have to be suffering any symptoms, but you are asked to please wear a face covering when you come no matter what.

Your results will be available to you in 5 to 7 days from the date of the test. You don’t need to make any appointment so you can just show up at the church located at 510 East Columbia Avenue in Batesburg-Leesville, SC at the appointed time.
