West Columbia, SC -- Curbside breakfast and lunch pickup will be available for full-time Virtual Academy students and for hybrid students during their remote learning days (days they do not attend school).
Curbside pickup will be offered for these students at four Lexington Two locations: Cayce Elementary, Riverbank Elementary, Pine Ridge Middle and Airport High School. Students do not need to attend one of these schools to pick up meals there, but they do need to be registered students in Lexington Two.
Online ordering for meals will open on Friday, September 4 for the following week, which starts with the first day of school on Tuesday, September 8. Families will need to create a PayPams account for their students by visiting https://www.paypams.com/HomePage.aspx and clicking on SIGNUP NOW! Families will need the student’s name and date of birth.
Student accounts will be charged for each meal, based on the student’s current eligibility status:
Students who qualify for free meals will receive meals at no cost.
Students who qualify for reduced meals will pay 30 cents for breakfast and 40 cents for lunch.
Full pay students will pay $1.50 for breakfast. Elementary students will pay $2.75 for lunch, and middle and high school students will pay $3 for lunch.
Meals must be ordered in advance; multiple meals may be picked up at one time.
HOW TO APPLY FOR FREE/REDUCED MEALS
Families are encouraged to complete an online application to see whether they qualify for free or reduced price meals. Visit www.paypams.com/onlineapp and follow the instructions. A new application is required each school year, and only one application per household is needed. Paper applications are available at each school's front office or at the Lexington Two district office.
