Irmo, SC 11/09/2022 - The Crooked Creek Art League is teaming up with Friends of the Irmo Branch Library
to present another outstanding art exhibition. Approximately 50 works in Oil, Watercolor, Acrylic and other media
including photography are on display at the Irmo Branch Library through Nov. 25.
Library patrons will have the opportunity to vote for The People’s Choice Award, and most pieces
will be available for sale with 10 percent of each sale going to the “Friends” to help with library projects.
All sales are arranged directly between public and the artist; contact information is available near the
exhibit.

The Crooked Creek Art League is a nonprofit regional artists organization dedicated to
encouraging and stimulating the practice and appreciation of the creative arts. Members come from
Lexington and Richland counties, as well as surrounding Midlands communities, and proudly provide
programming that allows artists to grow and to display their works in supportive atmospheres.
The CCAL also assists in the growth of emerging artists through its workshops and mentoring
program, and actively takes part in numerous community art activities, such as art festivals and
competitions.
The Friends of the Irmo Branch Library is a nonprofit, volunteer organization that supports,
promotes, and helps to fund Irmo Branch Library programs, services, and materials.
