Cayce Police Department using Wanted Wednesday posts to involve community in tracking fugitives

Cayce, SC 10/05/2022 (Paul Kirby) – The Cayce Police Department has started a Wanted Wednesday campaign to get the community involved in tracking down people they have arrest warrants for. These are on their social media pages each Wednesday and to date, they have been able to make several arrests with the public’s help.

Today, their featured fugitive is Jordan Spencer Evin Finan, 34, who doesn’t have an up-to-date address on file. Finan is Caucasian, 6’ 2” tall, and weighs approximately 330 pounds. In a photo the police have on file of Finan, he had facial hair. Of course, that could easily have changed.

On August 18, 2022, Finan entered the Pilot Travel Center at 3008 Charleston Highway in the City of Cayce. He selected a Duracell generator and left the business without paying for the item. He was clearly caught on the surveillance cameras videos and later positively identified. A judge used the evidence obtained during the investigation to issue a warrant for Finan’s arrest.

If you know Finan, or have any idea where he might be, CPD ask that you make tips through CRIME STOPPERS. You can do that on their website at www.midlandscrimestoppers.com, through their FREE P3 app available in any app store, or by calling them at 1-888-CRIME SC (1-888-274-6372).
