Cayce, SC 02/03/2022 (Paul Kirby) – Officers with the City of Cayce Police Department have issued an arrest warrant for a man who they say was involved in a shooting incident that happened in the Frink Street area of the city earlier this week. According to City Spokesperson Ashley Hunter, the warrant issued is for Dwight Xavier Jones, age 45. He has been charged with attempted murder, shooting into a dwelling, possession of a firearm during a violent crime, discharge of a firearm in the city, and possession of a firearm by convicted felon.
Hunter further stated that there were, "No injuries during the incident. Cayce officers are talking to witnesses and the investigation is ongoing.
