Cayce Public Safety fights structure fire Monday afternoon

Cayce, SC (Paul Kirby) 11/17/20 – The Cayce Department of Public Safety fought a structure fire in the 800 block of Karlaney Avenue Monday afternoon. According to the department, the fire was reported just after 3:00 p.m.

Officials say that this was a kitchen fire that caused minimal damages. It was extinguished quickly. Cayce DPS personnel said that the residents of the home were being assisted by family members.

No one was injured, and an exact estimate of the damages to the home has not been released.
