CENTA Medical Group Joins Prisma Health

Lexington, SC 07/15/2026 - Prisma Health announces that CENTA Medical Group, one of the Midlands' leading ear, nose and throat (ENT) practices, has joined Prisma Health, effective July 13.
Led by William Giles, MD, Jonathan King, MD, and Aaron Hilton, MD, CENTA has a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and comprehensive treatment for a wide range of ear, nose and throat conditions. The practice was established in 1928. The addition of the practice further strengthens Prisma Health's specialty care network in the Midlands and enhances opportunities for coordinated care across multiple specialties.
The Lexington location at 157 Corley Mill Road will become Prisma Health Ear, Nose and Throat–Lexington, and the Columbia location at 9 Medical Park Drive will become Prisma Health Ear, Nose and Throat–Richland.
