Chapin Police Department asking the public for help to identify man they believe stole a cell phone

Chapin, SC 06/14/2025 (Paul Kirby) – Investigators with the Chapin Police Department are looking for a man they believe stole a cell phone from Jersey Mike’s in the Town of Chapin. He was caught on surveillance video in the store at the time of the theft.
