Leak Detection & Vacation Mode:
The system automatically identifies potential leaks before they become costly. With “vacation mode,” users can monitor their property remotely for unexpected usage while they’re away.
Flexible & Convenient Payment Options:
Customers can now schedule auto-draft payments online, choosing a draft date before the due date. Quick Pay remains available for one-time payments, and e-check payments are now supported for a secure, paperless option.
