Batesburg-Leesville, SC (Paul Kirby) - Deputies from the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department are asking the public for their help to identify a man they believe was involved in a crime. They think he committed a theft in their jurisdiction.

The man appears to be young or at the most middle age. At the time he was caught on camera, he had dirty blond hair and was wearing a black USC Gamecocks shirt. He has a thin build and if you look closely through the plexiglass panel that may be a ring on his right hand. Of course, the clothes, the ring, and even the color of his hair could have changed. He is wearing a black PPE mask but has it on incorrectly. It is under not over his nose.

Take a really close look. If you have any information about who this man is, please contact Sgt. Treaster at (803) 785-8230.
