Lexington, SC 03/25/2023 - Dining On The Dam returns on Sunday, April 2, 2023, from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. This event is expected to attract nearly 1200 attendees from around the Midlands and give attendees the unique opportunity to dine at sunset on the historic Lake Murray Dam.
“The Chamber is excited to host the third annual Dining On The Dam. This event is unlike any others in the Midlands,” said Angelle LaBorde, President & CEO of the Lexington Chamber. She continued, “Dining On The Dam offers a unique atmosphere for people to mix and mingle while enjoying an unforgettable evening full of food, live entertainment, and views of the sunset from the Lake Murray Dam.”
Limited tickets are still available as of March 23, 2023.
The top portion of the Lake Murray Dam, including the walkway, will be closed to vehicular and foot traffic, beginning Sunday, April 2 at 7:00 a.m. and will reopen at midnight. Traffic traveling through the area will be routed to the lower level of the dam.
Parking is available for attendees on both sides of the dam in the Dominion Energy Public Parks and at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church. Parking lots open at 4:15 p.m. on the day of the event. Shuttles will transport attendees from these parking lots to the entrance of the event starting at 4:45 p.m.
