Fairview & Pelion area Republicans to hold June 2022 meeting on the 21st

Fairview, SC 06/08/2022 (Paul Kirby) – The Fairview & Pelion area Republicans have set the date for their June meeting. It is planned for Tuesday, June 21st beginning at 7:00 p.m. As always, it will be held at the Fairview Community Center at 2705 Fairview Road (US Hwy 178) between the Town of Pelion and Fairview Crossroads.

In keeping with their mission to educate the community and their neighbors about current events in state and local politics, they have invited County Councilman Scott Whetstone (Dist. 1) to speak. Whetstone has represented the people of Lexington County Council District 1 for a number of years. District 1 is a mostly rural portion of the county that includes Pelion, Swansea, Sandy Run, and a number of the other unincorporated areas of southern Lexington County.
