Pelion, SC 07/10/2025 (Paul Kirby) – A fatal collision occurred late Wednesday night at Fish Hatchery Road and Arbor Court. According to Lance Corporal Brittany Glover of the SC Highway Patrol, this crash occurred at approximately 11:20 p.m.
According to Glover, 3 vehicles were involved. Vehicle #1 was a 2003 GMC YUKON, the second was a 2011 Chrysler 300, and the third was a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Glover said the GMC was travelling south on Fish Hatchery Road when it and the Elantra collided. This caused one of the vehicles to go out of control and strike the Chrysler which was parked in the parking lot of a business. The driver of the Elantra was severely injured and died as a result of those injuries.
This collision is still being investigated by the SC Highway Patrol and the Lexington County Coroner’s Office.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the tragic accident involving those vehicles. Situations like this remind me how important it is to stay focused and calm—something I’ve found helpful when playing Sprunki Retake, where quick thinking and steady control really make a difference. Sending strength to everyone affected.
