Irmo, SC 09/25/2021 - Students and staff at H. E. Corley Elementary
School celebrated International Peace Day and World Gratitude Day on
September 21. All students and staff members stated something for
which they are grateful and read peace and gratitude quotes that were
displayed throughout the building.
The school community also learned about the Peace Poles, an international symbol of peace, here on the HEC campus. Students and staff spent the day "lighting the path to peace through gratitude."
