Lexington, SC 12/09/2021 (Paul Kirby) – Investigators with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department need your help to catch a thief. A spokesperson for the department says this individual broke into the Lexington District One Technology Center on Augusta Highway last month. Now, they are hoping you can help identify this person so he or she can be brought to justice.
According to the Sheriff’s Department’s social media site, this thief broke into that school on November 26th of 2021. While in the building, the individual made off with several items of value. In the process, the suspect was caught on the building’s surveillance system lurking around the halls.
Please take a second to look at that video and see if there’s anything you recognize about the suspect. Perhaps it the clothes, shoes, or the large ruck sack on his back. It could be it's just the silhouette and shape of the individual, or even the stride and the way this person carries themselves. If it reminds you of someone you know, investigators would really like to hear about it.
