Irmo Police Department responds to car versus building Thursday

Irmo, SC 05/08/2025 (Paul Kirby) – Thursday, officers with the Irmo Police Department responded to Lita's Treats at 800 Lake Murray Boulevard after a vehicle jumped the curb and ran through the front of the building.

Firefighters and a crew from EMS responded and checked the driver. That person had no injuries.

Lita’s Treats is a sweets shop and bakery. There was also no reports of injuries inside the building.
