Lexington County 4-H Teen Council planning Lake Murray Fishing Tournament

Lexington, SC 03/18/2022 (Paul Kirby) – The Lexington County 4-H Teen Council is planning a fishing tournament on Lake Murray as a fundraiser for the county 4-H programs. It will be held on May 21st from 6 am to 12 pm on Lake Murray. The official Tournament’s Headquarters is at Dreher Island State Park just inside Newberry County.

This is a tournament that is open to both youth or adult or mixed teams. The organizers are currently working with Farm Bureau on sponsorship for the prizes. Boats can register and pay the day of the tournament or register in advance on the following this Eventbrite link (4-H Fishing Registration ).
