Lexington County Sheriff’s Department investigators seeking the public’s help to locate a man involved in a home invasion involving death near Gaston

Lexington, SC 01/06/2024 (Paul Kirby) – Lexington County deputies are asking for the communities help in finding 21-year-old Tony Bernard Gantt. He is wanted on two counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature in connection with a home invasion that resulted in a death at the end of December near Gaston. Gantt is also accused of armed robbery and several other charges.

According to investigators, Gantt is 5'4" and weighs approximately 145 pounds. He was last seen on January 1st wearing dark pants, dark shoes and a dark winter coat with a hood.


If you know where Gantt might be, or if you see him, do not approach or confront him. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Instead, call 911 immediately.
