Lexington investigators looking for men who used fraudulent card at Walmart

Lexington, SC 06/21/2021 (Paul Kirby) - The Lexington Police Department is asking the public for their assistance in identifying several individuals that obtained goods from a local retailer with a fraudulent card. Police say that the two men got away with $3,400 worth of merchandise before store employees realized their card was no good or had been obtain through fraud.

According to officers, the two black men entered Walmart on Sunset Boulevard and gathered the merchandise. When they went through the checkout, they used a reloadable Walmart shopping card they had fraudulently obtained.
