West Columbia, S.C. – The Lexington Medical Center Foundation will host “Wine on the River” at the West Columbia Riverwalk on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. The annual event features live music, wine, craft beer and culinary tastings.
Guests will enjoy performances by Prettier Than Matt and The Reggie Sullivan Band, and 16 wine pairings with an “Around the World” tasting menu by Capital City Catering. Guests can also sample signature cocktails by Twist Bartending Services and Hollow Creek Distillery, and craft beer from Peak Drift Brewing Company. The evening will feature a silent disco, photobooth, and fun activities promoting wellness, stress relief and community.
Proceeds benefit Linda's Love Fund at Lexington Medical Center, offering patients and their families emotional and psychological support through holistic health programs.
“Wine on the River allows people to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the Congaree River while sampling delicious food and beverages, as well as supporting a cause that benefits many people in our community,” said Amy Lanier, executive director of the Lexington Medical Center Foundation.

Each year, “Wine on the River” boasts a sold-out crowd of approximately 700 people. The West Columbia Riverwalk is located at 121 Alexander Road in West Columbia.
