Lexington, SC 01/10/2023 (Paul Kirby) - The Lexington Police Department is asking the public for their assistance in hopes someone will recognize two women who they think were involved in a shoplifting incident at the Hobby Lobby in town. This occurred on December 7, 2022. Store employees believe that the merchandise they allegedly stole was worth over $170.00.

Both of the suspects were caught on the video system. Police also know that the pair left the parking lot in a dark in color sedan.

Please look at the photos closely. If you recognize either of these women, please call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-Crime SC or Detective McWilliams with the Lexington P.D. Detective McWilliams can be reached by dialing 803-358-1514. You can also email the detective with tips at amcwilliams@lexsc.com.
