Lexington, SC 11/27/2021 – Chief Terrence Green of the Lexington Police Department asked the community for assistance Saturday while investigators with that department try to gain information of the whereabouts of Curtis Mario Joyeux, age 32 of Columbia. There is a warrant for his arrest after he made threats to kill an acquaintance.
On November 26, 2021, an officer met with the victim who said that over the last week, she had received threatening text messages from Curtis Joyeux. In those messages, he said that he would kill her and members of her family.
Based on those text, A warrant for Unlawful Communication has been issued for Curtis Joyeux. Officers are actively searching for him. Those with information about this case are asked to call the Lexington Police Department at 803-359-6260 or contact Midlands Crimestoppers by:
