Lexington PD trying to identify woman who committed alleged bank fraud

Lexington, SC 03/20/2024 (Paul Kirby) - The Lexington Police Department is turning to the public to identify a woman who used checks to make fraudulent transaction. She allegedly did this several times at the Safe Federal Credit Union branch at 5388 Augusta Road in the Town of Lexington. She presented fraudulent identification to make withdrawals from the victim's account totaling $2,500.


 

Note the visible tattoo on the woman's neck.
