Lexington Police Chief Terrance Green announces street closures for tomorrow's Grand Pour event

Lexington, SC 05/09/2025 - Chief Terrence Green of the Lexington Police Department that a portion of Main Street will be closed in downtown Lexington on Saturday, May 10, 2025, for the Grand Pour on Main event and signed detours will be in place.

The road closures and detours will begin at noon with the closure of Main Street/US-1, from Lake Drive/SC-6 to Church Street.  Northbound traffic on Lake Drive wanting to access Main Street/US-1 will be detoured onto Corley Street to South Church Street to West Main Street.  Drivers wanting to continue on Main Street/US-1 on West Main Street will be detoured to South Church Street to Maiden Lane to South Lake Drive back to East Main Street.
