Lexington Police Department looking to identify man who got his kicks for free at Rack Room Shoes

Lexington, SC 04/18/2024 (Paul Kirby) - The Lexington Police Department needs the communities help to identify this alleged shoplifter. The man went into the Rack Room Shoes store on April 4, 2024, and made off with over $250.00 worth of merchandise.
