Lexington Police Department officers looking for Walgreens shoplifter

Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) – The Lexington Police Department needs the public’s help to identify a shoplifter who stole from the Walgreens pharmacy in the town. Officers say that this occurred on October the 2nd of this year. The suspect also violated Lexington's ordinance by not having his face covered while in the store.

In this case, the police have some very good photographs of the suspected thief. He appears to be a young Caucasian male with shoulder length shaggy hair. His build could be described as slender. On the day of the incident he was wearing a dark baseball cap with the word Calvin across the front. He also had on a white tank top or “wife beater” style t-shirt. It's a little different than most of the common brands on the market. This shirt's shoulder straps are much wider than most. Of course, clothes change but people often get in the habit of wearing certain styles. Perhaps he wears a cap all the time.

If you have information about this case, please contact Detective Payton at 803-358-7271.
